Read this before you trade or join. Meme coins are among the riskiest assets in the world. Most of them go to zero. Most people who trade them lose money. Only trade money you can afford to lose completely.

1. Education and entertainment only

Everything The Meme FOMO Clan provides, including this website, the AI meme radar and Clan Score, alerts, calls, the 30-day playbook, Discord discussions, competitions, clan launches and any other content (together, the "Services"), is for general education and entertainment.

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any token, stock, tokenized asset or other financial product. We do not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and nothing we say is tailored to you.

2. We are not advisers

The Meme FOMO Clan, its organizers, moderators and members are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial planners or licensed professionals in any jurisdiction, and do not act as your fiduciary. Talk to a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision.

3. You make your own decisions

Every trade you make is your own decision, made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your trades, your losses, your taxes and your compliance with the laws where you live. Do your own research. Never trade because someone in a chat, on a leaderboard or on this website did.

4. The risks are real

Total loss. Meme coins can fall 80% to 100% in minutes and may never recover.
Scams and rug pulls. Token creators or insiders can drain liquidity, mint new supply, freeze transfers or abandon a project.
Liquidity. You may be unable to sell at the price you see, or at all.
Volatility and slippage. Prices move faster than apps can update.
Technology. Smart contracts, wallets, apps and blockchains can fail, be hacked or go offline.
Regulation. Laws on crypto assets change and may restrict or prohibit what you can do.
Emotion. FOMO, hype and group excitement lead to poor decisions. Our rules (like the 2% rule) are suggestions for discipline, not guarantees of safety.

5. The radar and Clan Score

The AI meme radar and Clan Score are automated filters built on third-party market data (currently GeckoTerminal). The data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the score is a simple heuristic that has not been proven to predict returns. A high score is not a buy signal and a low score is not a sell signal. "Hot", "watch" and "risky" labels are descriptions of data, not recommendations.

6. No guarantees, no promised results

We do not promise or guarantee any profit, return, reward, outcome or level of performance. Past results, screenshots, leaderboards, wins shared by members and examples on this website do not predict future results. The price chart story on our home page is an illustrative scenario about a fictional token, not a real trade or a real result.

7. Clan launches and tokenized stock rewards

Clan launches are community meme tokens created on third-party platforms (such as StonkFun on Solana). They are speculative collectibles with no promise of value, profit or utility. We do not sell tokens, run presales or offer investments. Where a token pays rewards in a tokenized stock (such as TSLAx or SPYx) or another crypto asset:

Tokenized stocks are tokens that track a stock's price. They are not shares. They give no ownership, voting rights or shareholder rights, and are issued and governed by third parties.
Rewards depend on trading activity and the platform's rules, can shrink or stop at any time, and are never guaranteed.
Launch platforms, reward mechanisms and paired assets are run by third parties we do not control.

8. Conflicts of interest

Assume that anyone discussing a token, including organizers, moderators and members, may hold it, and may buy or sell it at any time, including before or after discussing it. We do not pay for, and do not allow undisclosed paid promotion of, tokens in the clan.

The Meme FOMO Clan may earn referral commissions from the fomo app when people sign up or trade through our link. This does not change what you pay beyond the fee fomo sets, and it is one reason we recommend fomo. We are an independent community and are not affiliated with or endorsed by fomo, StonkFun, GeckoTerminal, Discord, Apple or Google.

9. Where you live

Crypto trading, meme coins or tokenized stocks may be restricted or prohibited where you live. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws. Do not use the Services where doing so is illegal.
